Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer? We offer the following shipping methods to customers in the United States:

  • Free Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days — FREE
  • Free Shipping: 7-14 business days — FREE

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Express orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days.
  • Free Standard Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days after your order is shipped. Please note that these are business days and delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.

What models of AirPods are your cases compatible with? We offer cases for:

  • AirPods 1st & 2nd generation
  • AirPods 3rd generation
  • AirPods Pro 1st & 2nd generation
  • AirPods Max

Each product page clearly states which model it supports. Please double-check compatibility before purchasing.

Are your cases protective? Yes. Most of our cases are made with shock-absorbing materials (TPU, silicone, or hard PC) to protect your AirPods from drops, scratches, and daily wear. Some models also come with a carabiner or keychain for easy carrying.

Do you sell original Apple cases? No. We specialize in high-quality third-party cases that offer better designs, more color options, and stronger protection at a better price.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the case is unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or wrong.

What if I receive a defective or wrong item? Please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Do your cases come with a warranty? Yes, all cases come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Orders & Payment

How can I track my order? Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status anytime in your account under “Order History”.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
